SATURDAY MORNING YOUTH TRAINING SESSIONS
Saturday sessions of the Youth Training program are amazing for any high schooler who doesn't have practice on the weekends, or is looking for an extra, alternative day of training. Sessions consist of one hour of technique work on the erg and the Last 500 Machine, with an hour of yoga afterwards that will help athletes increase their mobility and flexibility.
