Spend your winter at The Barn and get yourself ready for a great spring season. Our winter training program is designed for high school athletes and is taught by trainers and coaches with decades of experience.
Drop in spots are available Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s, along with most Saturday’s through the end of February.
Learn how to train so that you stay injury-free, have fun, get stronger and more flexible, and be ready to go when your crew gets back on the water.
This program includes band work, mobility exercises, drill work on the erg, and training workouts to improve your overall fitness.
Saturday’s will feature mobility work, technical drills and steady state on the erg, and an hour of yoga with one of the best instructors in Philly.
