MASTERS WINTER TRAINING

The Barn is your home this winter to train for a great spring and summer on the Schuylkill.

Spend a few mornings a week learning to build your endurance, getting stronger, and preparing your body to gain speed when we get back on the water.

Practices are held Monday and Wednesday mornings, with Friday’s as a makeup day.

Coached primarily by John Leekley, longtime Masters coach and athlete. Guest coaches will participate as well to provide multiple points of view.

2 five-week sessions that line up with Center City Slam and the (hopeful) start of most people’s on-water training.
