Winter Training for the Penn AC Masters
Build strength—-build endurance, and prepare your bodies for the year on the water.
We will follow a plan of progressively getting stronger through more weight or volume of each exercise, and build a base of strong endurance on the erg.
John Leekley will organize and direct the plan for the sessions, and will be assisted by several coaches through the winter. John has been a coach since 2003 and worked with Masters athletes for years.
First round of workouts starts Tuesday January 6. Sessions are Tuesdays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 8:30 am. (Times may adjust as we need)
12 sessions total taking us through mid-February.
